What are the first steps in your process?

There are several things we will need to know before building your home: lot size, neighborhood restrictions, budget, lifestyle all play an important role in determining plan, pricing, etc. The first step is to meet with our Sales Manager to best determine the needs of your family.

What is the building area for Linnane Homes?

Linnane Homes services the greater Charlotte area, Fort Mill, Indian Land, Weddington, Waxhaw, and the greater Lake Norman area of Davidson, Huntersville, Mooresville, and Denver.

Does Linnane have in-house plans or can we bring our own plans?

Yes! We are a full custom and semi-custom builder! We work with plans brought to us by our clients. However, we also offer a number of in-house plans which can be customized by our on staff architect to meet your family’s needs!

Does Linnane Homes sell plans?

At this time, we do not sell our plans.

What is the price range for a Linnane Home?

Our homes are currently ranging from $$750,000- $5,000,000 +

Do you provide design services to assist with building my new home?

Yes!  We have two, experienced designers on staff who will guide you through the entire process!

Does Linnane Homes have lots for sale or does Linnane build on our lot?

Linnane Homes does own several lots that are available for sale in conjunction with a Linnane build. However, many of our clients come to us owning their own lots. We are also happy to assist in finding our clients their perfect lot!

What is the current build cycle time for a Linnane Homes?

Currently, due to labor and supply issues, it is difficult to give an exact time. However, a good rule of thumb is 12 -15 months from the time we pour the footings of the home

Do you have a model home we can tour?

While we do not have a model home, we do have many homes under construction which can be toured.  One of our Sales Managers will be happy to assist! We also showcase our homes across several social media platforms!  Check us out on Houzz, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and LinkedIn!

What type of warranty does Linnane Homes provide?

Yes!  Linnane works with Quality Builders Warranty service which offers a ten year, structural, insured, TRANSFERABLE warranty should you sell your home.  Please click on the QBW link on our website to learn more.

Are Linnane Homes Energy Star Certified?

Yes!  We are proud to offer homes that have earned the Energy Star label.  As per the Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Index, Linnane Homes rate a 65 on the usage scale!
